Booking Information
If you have an ongoing project in the lab, this is a resource for booking the rooms and/or equipment.
MoRe-Lab is managed and booked through TimeEdit.

When your booking is confirmed you'll get all the information you need to access.
You can find the complete price list here.
Please note that the "prel. pris" given in TimeEdit is not correct, as MoRe-Lab is billed outside of TimeEdit.

Free hours in MoRe-Lab
How many and which type of free hours are arranged at the introductory meeting, or at a later meeting with the lab director. Please contact more-lab [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se (more-lab[at]med[dot]lu[dot]se) if you wish to discuss free hours for your project.
- Tour of the lab – all rooms and one member of staff
(maximum 2 hours) - Initial protocol development – necessary rooms and one member of staff
(maximum 4 hours) - Testing/learning the equipment – necessary rooms
(maximum 10 hours) - Staff assistance – one member of staff
(maximum 6 hours) - Unfunded project – necessary rooms
(maximum 10 hours) - Student project - necessary rooms
(maximum 10 hours for bachelor students, and 20 hours for master students) - Grant application – necessary rooms
(maximum 10 hours)
Please note that all free hours must be approved by the lab director.

A few quick reminders:
- Minimal booking time is 2h
- Disposables are not included in room/equipment prices. Please contact more-lab [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se (more-lab[at]med[dot]lu[dot]se) to purchase at cost.
- Masters- and bachelor student projects may be eligible for free hours.
- A lot of the rooms and equipment require specific knowledge to use. You need to be qualified before you are allowed to book these rooms and equipment. Get in contact with more-lab [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se (more-lab[at]med[dot]lu[dot]se) to book an introduction.
- It is also possible to book MoRe-Lab staff to assist and/or perform data collection, lab instructions. This is an additional hourly cost.
